The hotel had clean pools and great beach access.
Unfortunately, our stay was marred by numerous issues. The room we occupied had a persistent unpleasant smell from the sink, which was briefly addressed but returned several times. the noise levels in the evenings disrupted our family's sleep, due to maintenance work and loud cleaning carts rolling through the hallways, making it quite challenging, especially for our young child.

Family fun with some hiccups
We discovered the beautiful sunset views from our patio and the kids had a blast at the multiple pools, finding joy in the slide and shallow sections. The friendly staff made our mornings brighter.
Unfortunately, we faced the challenge of a noisy room that kept us up at night due to maintenance work. The decor, though serviceable, felt a bit dated and could use a refresh.

the hotel was really nice for famillies, we loved the big swimming pools and easy beach access. our royal studio was large and clean, with a great view and a nice terrace. the staff were super friendly and always helpful. there were lots of activities for kids that kept them busy and happy. it was an overall chill experience and the vibe was perfect for families.
the dining options were not great and could be better. also, the wifi was a bit annoying since it wasnt free in the rooms.

the place is great for families. they got tons of pools for the kids and the beach is just perfect, soft sand and clean. the staff was super friendly and always helpful, and the room was spacious with a large fridge, which was cool. breakfast had a good variety every day and was tasty enough. the kids club had fun activities that kept my children busy.
The food options could be better. it got boring after a few days. also, the pool area was quite noisy sometimes, which made it hard to relax.

easy access to beautiful parks and family attractions nearby
The hotel offers a wonderfully convenient spot just a short walk to the peaceful Laem Son Beach and only a bit over 2 km to the delightful Elephant Care Park, perfect for strolling and exploring with family. we loved being close to these beautiful sights during our stay.

great pools but noisy nights
The pools are fantastic! ! My children had a blast playing in them, especially enjoying the slides and shallow sections. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a delightful variety of dishes with stunning views. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs, making our stay comfortable.
Unfortunately, the nighttime noise from the corridors was disruptive.

The multiple swimming pools were a highlight for our family. especially the shallow areas for the kids. Breakfast was good, offering a tasty variety of international options. some local dishes could use a little less salt.
Staff seemed a bit less cheerful compared to other places we experienced in Thailand. it would have been nice to see more warmth.

The hotel is in an unbeatable location right on the beach with beautiful, clean sands. I loved the multiple kid-friendly pools. they kept my children entertained for hours. The Royal Studio we stayed in provided a fantastic sea view, and the fridge was larger than most I've seen, stocked with free snacks and drinks. The housekeeping was spot on, cleaning our room daily while respecting our need for fewer towel changes. The beach had nice shady spots in the morning, perfect for playing with the kids. the towel system was a hassle. having to return cards or face charges felt tedious. Breakfast offered variety but got repetitive after a few days. Some food items, like those in the kids' menu, were cold and lacked flavor. A minor point, but the nearby convenience store had better prices than the hotel shop, definitely a better option for snacks. We did find the AC in the room a bit noisy and the humidity made it feel a touch uncomfortable at times.
